Common questions
What to know before you start.
What happens if I can’t pick up?
The greeting takes the call. The client presses a key or speaks. You get a text and an email with their number and the reason. You call back when you can.
My business number is a mobile — can I keep it?
Yes. Three paths: a new Tonalie number, porting if you’re eligible, or forwarding at your operator (“if I don’t answer”, often after 20 to 25 seconds). It rings you first; otherwise Tonalie answers.
Can I keep my current number?
Yes. Use “I’ll keep my number” for a port: we check eligibility before activation. Otherwise, a new Tonalie number plus forwarding from your current line.
Which languages does the greeting speak?
French, German, Italian and English. The client hears the language they speak.
Is my own voice included?
Yes. Four voices are ready (Paul, Camille, Hugo, Léa). You can also record yours in the studio after you subscribe. On this site, only the demonstration voices are played.
What happens during the 30 free days?
The form charges nothing. The signup link saves your card; the first charge is at the end of the 30 days. We set up your greeting during the trial. The studio link arrives by email; the number is activated within 48 to 72 hours.
Two clients call at the same time?
One call at a time on a line. With a second line, the second client hears the greeting too.
Do I need to buy a particular phone?
As far as possible, you keep your equipment. We tell you what you need before go-live.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. You take the plan that fits today. When your reception grows, you move to the next plan. Write to contact@arobass.ai.
Are calls unlimited?
No. Each plan includes a volume of minutes to mobiles in France. After that: 0,15 € HT per minute. To Switzerland: 0,35 € HT per minute, outside the allowance. One call at a time. A second line: +25 € HT / month, or 250 € HT / year.
